All I could think when I saw it was
Is this a love (hate) child of the feather duster character from Beauty and The Beast and a conventional mop?!!
Musing over what possessed her to wear this 'dress' ...
Maybe it's easy to clean?
Maybe she's OCD so two birds one stone - nice dress, can clean things whilst wearing it ..

My eyes are still offended though ..
